How does pricing work — how do I get a quote?
Every job is priced by hand. Tell us where it's going, what you're sending and when, and a person works out a competitive price for your specific job — usually back to you within the hour. There's no automated pricing engine, so you get a real quote, not a generic online rate.
How do I pay, and when?
Regular clients run on account with agreed terms. One-off jobs are settled on completion by card or bank transfer. We confirm the price and the payment terms when we quote, so nothing is added afterwards.
Can you handle return legs and multi-drop jobs?
Yes. We run return legs and multi-stop routes as a single job — just list every collection and drop-off when you get in touch, and your quote will cover the whole route.

What services do you offer?
Dedicated same-day courier, next-day delivery, and palletised freight and haulage — from a small van up to a 44-tonne lorry. Tell us the load and the deadline and we'll match the right vehicle.
How quickly can you collect?
For same-day work we aim to have a dedicated driver with you within 60 minutes of confirming the job across most of the UK mainland. For anything urgent, call us and we'll move straight away.
Can you transport dangerous goods?
Yes. Our drivers are ADR-certified, so we carry classified dangerous goods — including lithium batteries, fuel-cell cartridges, and medical and diagnostic consignments — in full compliance with ADR regulations. Tell us what you're sending and we'll confirm the right handling and packaging.

Where do you deliver?
Door to door across the UK mainland. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands are covered too, on slightly longer lead times.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Every delivery has a reference number, and we keep you posted from collection through to drop-off. For a live update, quote that reference when you call or message and we'll tell you exactly where your consignment is.
What are your business hours?
Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 07:00–19:00 — that's when we answer the phone and arrange your quote. Collections aren't limited to those hours: we can pick up any time, including out of hours, so for anything urgent just get in touch.

Are my goods insured?
Yes — every delivery is fully insured and your goods are protected from pickup to drop-off. Liability is capped at the declared value of the consignment; our Terms cover the detail and exclusions.
Is Braymore a registered UK company?
